Do you or your organisation have an idea to improve the health, safety, or well being of your community

Communities applying for a Partnership for Aboriginal Care grant must be supported by an Aboriginal Incorporated Organisation. The Application needs to be signed by a person with authority to make this application on behalf of community group (and preferably, with responsibility for the proposed project) and witnessed by a Chief Executive Officer of an Aboriginal Incorporated Organisation (if the group applying for funds is not incorporated). The Aboriginal Incorporated Organisation will hold financial responsibility for the project.
